ANTI-TERRORISM CONFERENCE
This Anti-Terrorism Conference set took place in a large location and required a variety of design elements to fully convey the story and bring the environment to life.
The centerpiece was the main signage for the stage behind the podium, composed of three large panels designed to be backlit, creating a strong visual focus for the scene. Beyond that, the set included several retractable graphics and rigid signs, carefully designed to complement the space and reinforce the narrative.
I also created table itineraries and ID badges, as well as costume elements for the Yemeni officials’ uniforms. A projector was integrated into the set as well, adding another layer of realism and interactivity.
Each piece was designed with both practicality and visual impact in mind, so the environment felt complete and immersive while supporting the story in a seamless, believable way.

SUDANESE CONSULATE
For this set, I worked closely with the production designer and created some specific graphic elements to transform our location into the Sudanese Consulate.
One of the main pieces I created was the Sudanese emblem, which appeared across multiple applications: a large tapestry-style graphic, a poster, uniform patches, and brass plaques.
The tapestry graphic was the most complex. I manipulated an image of the region’s topography to create a dynamic background, onto which our scenic team would stencil the Sudanese emblem in gold paint. Once complete, it was mounted onto a custom-built piece by our construction team. Achieving the right look required several rounds of sampling and refinement to get the color, scale, and detail just right.
For the entrance, we CNC-cut the emblem and painted it a dark gold to mimic the look of brass. One of the plaques was printed on chem metal, adding an additional layer of authenticity and texture to the environment.
